I have been working my way towards 20 handstand pushups and today I finally nailed it! It feels great to reach a goal and I already have a new one in sight. Check out the video!

Why you need Rope Ladders

You do not need them but they are crazy easy to make, cheap and super fun! Your kids will love them also! My eldest son (7 years old) keep working his pullups on them everytime I have them up.

So, what if you have no stairs to hang them from? Simply hang them from your front door. If you check out the video again you can see a picture of my set up at the 9:37 min mark. I use a cargo strap and a pipe handle to secure the rope ladder to my stairs. If you put that pipe handle on the top of your front door, close it and lock it, you can do most exercises in your hallway! No excuses!

Working out with a Rope Ladder

Why bother creating a rope ladder? One reason; It rocks! You have all the benefits of a suspension trainer + you do not have to adjust it and you can clib it!

I got inspired to make one from bodyweightculture.com . They sell them as the U.S.A (Universal Strength Apparatus). It looked awesome so I figured, why not make one to test it out?

After having used it for about a month now, I can honestly say that I love it! I will probably order an U.S.A, just to test it out (better yet, if one of the bodyweightculture guys read this, how about sending me one for an honest review? ).
